My mom is from Celaya, so we eat those. So freaking good!!!! Yes, chorizo, papas, carrots, lettuce, queso fresco, crema, salsa and jalapeños. 🤤

Love pombazo. Had them when we were in Guanajuato, had it the exact same way. But I did prefer the torta ahogadas in Guadalajara.
