Io da ragazza, e adesso ho 37 anni , mamma bis 🥰 trovo un miglioramento da quando ho iniziato un’alimentazione antinfiammatoria, più equilibrata e integrazione mirata. Non è una cura!! Ma è un modo per sopravvivere meglio al problema! Più drenaggio, pelle più compatta e luminosa, dolori e pesantezza zero (e questo vale tantissimo per me) ♥️♥️
