I feel like why Ralsei was so panicked during the titan fight because the titan wasn’t supposed to be there but I think the dark world in the shelter has a titan due to all the dark worlds facing towards the shelter and in chapter 2 the fountain in the background assuming the fountain was the one in the shelter looked like it was spawning a titan this also explains why the titan spawns show up in the first dark area of the dark sanctuary and you can tell the spawns aren’t the titan in the church because halfway through the boss the attack that uses a whole bunch of spawns start having 2 different variations showing that there are 2 different titans spawning and we’re only fighting one so Ralsei was panicked cause he thought the roaring was gonna happen due to the 2 titans

i think the prophecy is a very brief explanation of the future, especially with evidence from undertales prophecy where it says an angel from above will leave the underground empty, which happens in both true pacifist and genocide. also the fact ralsei didn't already know the knight would spawn a titan. so I think ralsei only has the gist of how the story goes and can't do much to prevent it.

I think Ralsei didn't know Susie would destroy the final prophecy herself an shrug it off since she's known to alter the prophecy itself.

I believe he told Kris the ending of the prophecy all the way back in chapters 1-2 when they had their “secret talks”, that’s why he was only ever worried about Susie seeing it and not Kris.

I think the prophecy is like a very rough draft you would write for an essay, you get to know the very important stuff and thats about it so when lesser important things happen ralsei is surprised
