Fun fact: pit bulls were known to be nanny dogs! This is Meena and she has mothered every rescue I have brought into the house. Foster Kittens, puppies, human babies, even lizards. She is scared of every loud noise, and she herself is the biggest baby 🩷

It’s okay to tell your son that someone lied to him- sometimes as adults we fear telling kids that other adults in their lives aren’t always truthful, but it’s okay for kids to learn to question what they’re being told and assess it. I’m so sorry this happened.

Pit bulls are the BEST dogs. People will always talk bad about them but once you have one your entire view of them changes. Of all dogs I’ve had, pitbulls are the biggest babies of all.
