@dirtandwinemom: What to do after you harvest garlic! It needs to cure, or dry out. The stem should be totally dry as well as the papery cover. It’s important for the garlic to be dry before storing. Otherwise it can go bad faster. #garden #harvest #gardening #harvesting #garlic

last year I peeled them all and froze them.....was a super lot of work buy I loved being able to grab them out of the freezer
