I had a Presa Canario who would NEVER. I didn’t even get him until he was 9 months old and he was the best dog I ever worked with. People had me terrified because of the breed reputation- but he went on to be a therapy dog and service dog. Seriously- so many breeds I’ve worked with and he was truly the most stable, level headed, loving and sensitive dog I’ve ever known.

I did everything right w my corso, he came to work with me every day, multiple puppy classes and training sessions but he always remained weary of new ppl as he grew.

You have to really know what you're doing to go into other people's home for training. The tips the creator said are great. Especially pointing out that this dog is really young for this behavior. Also, bring a sturdy clipboard with you when you do this. Use the clipboard to protect your face! This has helped me many times. To block or interrupt aggressive behavior.

Yes a muzzle on the dog would be better or to put him in a crate whilst the trainer is there. but cane Corso is a breed that is not for all to have ....they require a lot of training and a strong leader...
