This is a great skill for the girls to develop. So cool you are teaching them this at such a young age ❤️I know people my age who really struggle to make conversation with strangers, and I always say: go give them a compliment and the conversation will flow from there. 🙌✨

When I was a teacher I told my students they should never feel shame, guilt, or dumb for doing or saying something kind or nice. If the other person reacts negatively that’s a strange response💜
