Have made several reports on one service and all of them were responded / resolved almost immediately. I think it’s highly dependent on the town councils. I’m curious to know which town council “took care” of your case.

Have like almost 20 complaints about lack of motorcycle lots. Emailed the mp, forwarded to some agency and they mentioned there is lots and told me to park in other neighborhood :)

OneService is good but unfortunately really good for nothing, that’s why you wonder why bad neighbours just gotten from bad to worse, news about enforcement and give out fine regarding smoking corridors and void decks affecting others neighbours has been in talks for as long as I would say well over 10 years, authorities sure did something but selectively choosing who to fine and what to put up on the news, you really seldom see old aunties or uncles get caught and fine smoking at corridors and void decks because the authorities doesn’t want to deal with them as they are hard to deal with and they best act blur and not knowing the laws lol.. 💯
