I work as a pharmacist at a hospital and I’m confused on how you’re a “clinical rph”. This is 100% staff work. Clinical pharmacists work in specific areas (ED, ICU, peds) and go on rounds with the team. This is def a staff role.

At the hospital I did rotations at, each pharmacist had a role. 1 did controls, 2 did clinical rounds, 1 anti microbials and 2 of them were the iv room checkers and then they had 4 like staff rphs. It was so organized!

You should ask your pharmacy about pharmacy keeper, the tech takes a picture of each step so that way you don’t have to go into the chemo room to check
