2nd year investment banking analyst in NYC, haven’t seen any other people in my investment bank wear locs so i feel like i stick out a lot, haven’t felt a super negative impact to my career though but of course there have been a few ignorant comments by people who didn’t think they were being so. just got my full year review and im 2nd in my class but i think thats more about me trying to overplay my role because everyone discounted me
