Brotherhood was better but I adored 03 for showing the backstories to a lot of the lore such as more lore on the homunculus and the idea that the energy for alchemy comes from a universe such as our own with the war and death we create. Fullmetal alchemist is such a good anime it’s my #2nd favorite
