and get this, he’s spinning on ONE FOOT. i’ve been studying this for years—when he goes to spin, he crosses his right foot over his left (because he spins towards his left). you’d think the rotation is coming from front of both feet, or the heels, but it’s the front of his LEFT FOOT. he presses his right foot against his left, but it’s lifted off of the ground and angled to give the illusion that it’s his right heel 🤯

In the BTS for the movie Jaafar and the choreographers said he doesn’t lean into his spins with his shoulders like most people. He remains perfectly upright which made it even harder to learn.
