ATP I just don’t even listen to simple black theory cuz either he doesn’t even understand what he is arguing against or tries to twist the narrative under bad intentions like the most basic one where iliyas said that men might have it harder than some think but explicitly said this doesn’t mean he thinks men have it harder than women just harder than some think and when SBT made a video on it he literally showed iliyas saying he doesn’t think men have it harder than women but then proceeded to make the whole vid arguing against the point that men have it harder than women

I just do not buy the prosecutions argument that they were dismissed for being “educators” if anything that would favor them since a high schooler passed. Just shady. Defense attorney did all he could though by challenging the strike. Just do not believe it was for any non-discriminatory reason.

also ONE juror doesn’t tend a whole case. in a case of murder you must find the defendant guilty/not guilty without a shadow of a doubt. so they ALL have to be 100% sure he did it.
