This is something I’ve recently re learned .. at 49 yrs old, when after a late diagnosis of adhd, perimenopause and stimulant medication brought it to my attention!! The adhd meds just don’t work during the luteal phase .. and in fact make it feel far worse than before 😳🙏😇
