Hihi, I’m sorry you feel this way. I know you don’t believe you can get better and that’s probably rooted in you,, so I won’t convince you out of it. What I’m going to say is that the people who care about you won’t feel prolonged guilt or sadness, but rather they do that because of their empathy. You shouldn’t feel bad for making someone feel your emotions, because it’s only a natural reaction and you deserve freedom to express your emotions. You’re not a waste at all, you just believe it so. The people around you don’t believe you’re a waste. That’s why they don’t give up on you, because you’re still worthy of their time and effort. You’re not going to see progress right away. Healing is not linear at all. You can get worse, you can get better. It’s ok to rely on others. They wouldn’t want a happy life if it meant abandoning you because you’re just that important to them and you are loved and cared about. You may not recognize how much you heal, but things can get better. What proof do you have that things can’t get better? None. You can’t see in the future. As long as there’s that possibility, no one can completely give up on you. You can’t just rule that out.
