Ceylon Cinnamon – contains beneficial plant compounds and adds natural sweetness. Okra – contains fiber and nutrients that support overall wellness. Pineapple – rich in vitamin C and adds a delicious fruity taste. Ginger – may help with digestion and occasional nausea. How I made it: Steep the hibiscus, cloves, cinnamon, and okra in hot water for about 2 hours.
