The rationale behind the manager's decision not to compensate the employee ( pay her ) for overtime in relation to client care warrants examination. If I were serving as the chairman of the board, I would consider immediate termination of the manager's employment due to this oversight, coupled with a demand for reimbursement of all incurred losses, followed by a recommendation for him to be placed on a blacklist.
