@minettecurfew: 9 years since this project began. Beyond the academic requirements, this was my attempt to document the Dumagat of Norzagaray, Bulacan. Unlike other indigenous groups in the Philippines, there is very little tangible documentation of the Dumagat’s heritage. Their civilization is unique, centered entirely on their role as the traditional protectors of the Sierra Madre mountain range. An inspiration @iamkaradavid ❤️ Want to learn more or find ways to support the tribe?
