Idk. I could see if he was giving detailed responses to other friends that text him during work hours. His fantasy football league… he was at home and relaxed and had time. Smh. Idk… I feel like op is looking for reasons. It’s not like man’s left her on read or something. Sure, it’s a one word response but it is a response. If he were to type paragraphs she would probably assume he had time and continue texting.

i genuinely had to break up with the love of my life bc im horrible at texting and he wanted to text all day long i started to have panic attacks whenever i saw a notification from him bc i dreaded trying to come up with what to say. you can love someone with your whole heart but they are not supposed to have access to you all day everyday. texting has ruined everything
