Me personally I’ll turn left rather than right to avoid. I’ve had similar situations happen best option in most situations is to maneuver in the opposite direction the other car is going.

While the red vehicle is clearly at fault, you should always approach any junction with caution, even if you have right off way. As my father always told me, assume everyone wise on the road is an idiot and then you won't be surprised!

If anyone thinks the red car is not at fault, lose your license and stay off the road. The POV car is not speeding and even if he was, he has something called the right of way. The red car is 1000000% at fault and any lawyer worth their degree and title can win this hands down.

@Erico: If there wasn’t a dash cam recording it, it would probably be considered the drivers fault by insurance. Since it’s on dash cam , any lawyer will be able to win that case. Am I wrong?
