The dairy industry should be scared 👀 They’ve created a bio-identical milk casein using precision fermentation, where microorganisms produce the exact same milk proteins a cow makes. Mix that with water and oil and you get a milk that froths better than the real thing — and cheese that actually melts. We’ve tried a lot of vegan dairy. Camembert, cream cheese, mozzarella, yoghurt. This is the most realistic by far.
