Wrap the straps around your head • Grab the ties and pull them toward the back, making sure they stay flat and untwisted. • Cross them in the back over the flap, then bring them back around to the front. 4. Tie it at the back • Cross the straps again in the front, and bring them back to the back of your head. • Tie a firm knot or bow — just tight enough to hold compression but not enough to leave deep forehead lines. 5.
