Hello po, may friend’s case po is that nakulangan po ng one letter yung surname niya. We do online application po and walk in po yung pag submit ng file. However, when we raise po yung problem namin sabi po they ate offline based and advise us na during exam day po mag bigay lang daw ng instruction yung exam center. I really don’t get what do they mean.
