It is common. After every clinic visit for my kids, they will always do a follow-up check by texting us about the condition. My dermatologist would always reply my text too regarding my concerns or my inquiries, or setting apmt date. Even my orthodontist would send reminder thru whatsapp.

Yes very true, usually just in case you need help or something. When I had my name wronged on TNG (Touch & Go), my mom help me and call the customer service for help about fixing the name

One thing i notice abt Europe is that you guys really value privacy and work life balance. So maybe that’s why its hard to contact them before meeting them? As much u appreciate Malaysian service i also find that European service is also good :)
