@scott_vriens: Meal prep with me 🥣 Episode 4 The honey garlic BBQ chicken was next level, @Mingle Seasoning always comes through 😮💨 Ingredients per serve below ⬇️ Banana bread Overnight Oats - 80g rolled oats - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder - 250ml vanilla almond milk - Half a large banana (mashed) - 20g chopped walnuts - 20g chocolate chips Honey garlic bbq Chicken - 300g chicken breast (raw weight) - @mingleseasoning honey garlic BBQ seasoning - 200ml chicken broth - 100g white rice (raw weight) - 100g broccolini Moroccan beef bowls - 200g lean beef - 100g couscous - @mingleseasoning Moroccan seasonig Tzatziki - 50g Greek Yoghurt - 2 garlic cloves - 1/2 teaspoon salt - squeeze of lemon juice Fresh veg - 1/2 cucumber - 80g cherry tomatoes - 1/4 small red onion Strawberry shortbread protein bowls - 160g protein yoghurt - 50g light cream cheese - 20g honey - 50g strawberries - 1 shortbread (crumbled) + assorted snacks throughout the day that don’t need much prep 🍍 #weeklymealprep #highprotein #fitnessmotivation #healthyfood
