It won't give you the location of the person. The location you get is the location of the server where the data is. Just like where the server hosting the domain of the link is located. What you are seeing is like Content Delivery Network...There are 18 content delivery networks (CDN) that have edge servers in Africa, including in South Africa, Kenya and Egypt. You are in Nigeria, why is the location showing South Africa? Because the content is pulled from the nearest edge server. Why not tell them how to protect themselves if this is a cyber threat.

You can't get someone's location like that bro. what u just got is ip addr and province. lat/lng is a very serious consent issue, even Google can't not use it without users permission.
