Don’t open a restaurant imo, there’s a lot of stress everyday thst makes it no fun. Start with a vlog/blog ajd post on social media and set a schedule. If doing it 5 days a week is stressful just imagine what a restaurant is like every single day with overhead. Then branch out and do like private dinners- again it’s not aj everyday thing ti start so you can get the feel of it without the overhead.
