🔥 IN PERSON. ON ZOOM. NO DIFFERENCE IN STANDARD. One of our incredible Stars Dance Studio dancers training live with me on Friday while I coached the entire Zoom room at the same time. This is how I demonstrate band placement, tension, alignment, and activation the right way. I am extremely particular about technique. If your heel is sickling, if your tibialis anterior is not firing, if your hamstring is not supporting the line, I will see it. I watch like a hawk. I call it out. Immediately. There is no “getting away with it” in my class. What impresses parents and dancers most is not just the level of training. It is the fact that I can maintain elite standards across a full Zoom room while demonstrating in person. That takes structure. That takes mastery. That takes years of refining a system. And if this is going to keep growing, I have to keep elevating. At this point, I am not experimenting. I am executing. Why it works: ⚡ Real time corrections ⚡ Anatomically specific cueing ⚡ Zero tolerance for lazy technique This is how we stay on par. This is how we separate.
