I guess I don't understand the full context because some babies behave anxiously when away from their primary caregiver. That doesn't necessarily mean they are not loved and don't receive a sense of security when with their primary caregiver

I always got sad when my baby would push me away from her toys and play independently. She always look back to make sure I’m aprons and she focuses back on her toys.

👀 not me realizing my children’s therapist was testing me when she gave me a picky pad and all I could do was stare at it and then politely say no thank you despite just saying I liked the idea of a picky pad and always want one but bc she was watching I just handed it back and refused when she said I could keep it. No wonder she hugged me after and said I’m a good mom. I thought that was a lie and a test to get me to trust her when I was so afraid she’d label me stupid because I’m not like other moms and was trying to find help for my kids I never had.
