@liverpoolecho: People have arrived on County Road with planned protests underway. There is a large police presence in the area as two groups have gathered in the area. Police have been given extra powers ahead of the planned protests. There has been a large police presence in the area since this morning, with the protest now taking place. Merseyside Police confirmed it has put a dispersal zone in place to 'help prevent potential criminality and disorder'.
