I’ve lost the weight. I’m 5’8, 135 pounds. I’m scared of gaining it back so I continue to lose. Not sure what my maintenance calories are and am afraid to eat them lol

so how would you build muscle if you are in a calorie deficit? wouldn't you need more calories to actually add to your muscle mass?

I’ve lost 21 pounds by eating 1500 calories, 30 minutes of weights 4 times a week, doing at least 12,000 steps a day and now I’ve started c25k to up my running but my weight loss has slowed - what more can I do ?
