When they built airports near peoples houses, the airport had to pay for people to have soundproof windows and reinforcements. But these data centers they don’t have to compensate anybody.???

I don't understand how building a data center a mile away damaged her home. Typical, any new construction goes through a "settling" process which starts around 3-5 years. This is when you get a true understanding of how good the structure and contractors work is. 🤔

I have a MARC train system less than a mile from my house and have the same cracks because of every time the train goes by. It shakes my house the same way. Believe it.😩

That happened to a close friend when it was decided that the city/state would build a massive off ramp to the expressway close to residential neighborhood. Structural damage from vibrations from pile drivers caused cracks like that.

So the problem is the construction technique used not the data center. It’s more on the contractor than the data center company.

When was the home built? If it was purchased and built 3’years ago those are settling cracks. My house will be 5 years this year and it is still settling a little.
