Had the Regional Manager pull me aside and walk towards me when I was new and I started crying (he was just trying to congratulate me and give me a raise 😂). He remembered me for years cause of that and never approached me like that again but still spoke highly of me.

This happens to me except I’m halfway right. I get pulled into the office multiple times a week for disciplinary talks. 🧍 I’m known for a friendly demeanor (the one time I wasn’t greeting everyone with good morning I was told to fix my attitude, my step dad was in the hospital) and always have my station clean and reset by my break times
