@forest_rock_qigong: Acupressure for the Common Cold Here are two acupressure points commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help support the body during the early stages of a common cold. 1️⃣ Hegu (LI-4) Apply firm pressure and massage the point in a circular motion around 60 times. 2️⃣ Quchi (LI-11) Located at the outer end of the elbow crease. Massage this point in a circular motion around 60 times. Repeat on both sides of the body.
