Is there cartilaginous involvement? If yes, need to re approximate. Assuming there is cartilaginous involvement, would do the following: 1) auricular ring block, 2) re-approximate cartilage with 5-0 PDS suture, 3) close skin with 5-0 fast. Can consider abx with pseudomonas coverage to prevent chondritis
