🐄 بچہ دانی کا مڑ جانا (Uterine Torsion) صحیح کرنے کا طریقہ اور پلانک میتھڈ (Plank Method) یوٹرائن ٹورشن حاملہ گائے یا بھینس میں بچہ دانی کے مڑ جانے کو کہتے ہیں۔ یہ ایک ایمرجنسی حالت ہے جو بروقت علاج نہ ہونے پر ماں اور بچے دونوں کی جان کے لیے خطرناک ہو سکتی ہے۔ 🔴 عام علامات: • زچگی شروع نہ ہونا • بار بار زور لگانا • بے چینی اور دم ہلانا • بھوک کم ہونا • نارمل ڈلیوری نہ ہونا • ویجائنل معائنے پر سروکس کا نہ کھلنا 🩺 پلانک میتھڈ (Plank Method): اس طریقے میں جانور کو مناسب سمت میں لٹا کر پیٹ پر لکڑی کا تختہ (Plank) رکھ کر رول کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ مڑی ہوئی بچہ دانی کو سیدھا کیا جا سکے۔ ✅ فوائد: • فیلڈ میں مؤثر طریقہ • بہت سے کیسز میں کامیاب • سیزیرین آپریشن سے بچاؤ ممکن ⚠️ اہم بات: یوٹرائن ٹورشن ایک ویٹرنری ایمرجنسی ہے۔ بروقت تشخیص اور درست سمت میں رولنگ کامیاب علاج کی کنجی ہے۔/ 🐄 Uterine Torsion and Plank Method Uterine torsion is the twisting of the uterus in a pregnant cow or buffalo. It is a common obstetrical emergency that can endanger both the dam and the fetus if not corrected promptly. 🔴 Common Signs: • Failure of normal calving • Repeated straining without progress • Restlessness and tail switching • Reduced feed intake • Cervix not fully dilated • Vaginal folds indicating torsion 🩺 Plank Method: The animal is laid down on the side of the torsion, and a wooden plank is firmly applied to the abdomen while the animal is rolled.
