Follow these steps to get a clear, transparent broth full of "homecooked flavor." 🥩Nutritious Broth Ingredients 1.5 kg fresh beef (at the butcher, get a bone-in beef shank for rich texture; and a bone- rib for flavor). 1 large white onion, whole. 1 large head of garlic, washed and halved lengthwise (with skin on). 3 ears of corn, husked,, and cut into thick segments. 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into medium chunks. 4 white potatoes, washed and quartered. 3 young zucchinis, cut into rounds. 1/4 head of cabbage, cut into large chunks. 1 large handful of fresh cilantro, washed. Coarse salt, to taste. 🧑‍🍳Detailed InstructionsStep 1: Clean the meat: In your largest pot, add all the beef, the whole onion, the halved head of garlic, and a large handful of coarse salt. Cover plenty of water (about 4 to 5 liters). Step 2: The secret to clarity: Bring to a boil over high heat. Pay close attention: as it starts boil, a layer of dark, gray foam will rise to the surface. Repeatedly skim off and discard this foam with a spoon. This is the key secret to keeping the broth clear and free off-flavors. Step 3: Slow simmer: Once the broth stops foaming, turn the heat down to medium-low. Cover the pot and simmer patiently for 15 to 2 hours. When you poke the meat with a fork, it should feel very tender and start to fall off the bone. Step 4: The order of vegetables Do not add all the vegetables at once. First, add the corn (the hardest kind), cover the pot, and cook for 15 minutes. Chris came straight over to me and started talking to me about the Keytar, explaining more about this amazing instrument. I’ve actually known about the Keytar for a long time, and it has always been an instrument that I’ve wanted to play. But what made this moment truly special was that Chris was the first person to step forward, support me, and believe in my ability. ❤️ I was so excited and incredibly happy. Honestly, I could hardly believe that someone saw something in my talent and chose to support me in doing what I love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🙏🏻❤️ Your encouragement means so much to me. It gives me even more motivation to keep practicing, improving myself, and giving my very best to the things I love.
