You don't really have to do all that tbh and you shouldn't because some components are not meant to be put back together again after you disassemble them. For example, with certain laptops, some companies do not want you reapplying thermal paste to the CPU or GPU, so they not only make it impossible to do so but their cooling systems legitimately break once you take them apart.
YouTube has a lot of great teardown guides and you can usually just search your model number and you will find it. When it comes to electronics I try my best to find all the documentation I can from other people's experiences because I am aware of how easy it is for things to go wrong. In your case, your motherboard looks fine and besides upgrading some stuff like the SSD or RAM, the only thing I would wanna figure out is the display situation.

might be worth checking for an IFixit video for your device on YT, manufacturers are always doing wacky things to keep parts in place like glue and tabs

YASS QUEEN thats what we call "static draining" also if youre scared of static you may want to get a lil grounding wrist band (clip to something metal). its rare these days that like personal static build up frys shit but just for full disclosure.

I love every bit of this. I did this process years ago when my laptop broke and I had no money to fix it. After a week it was working better than ever! You got this!

it’s a cool way to learn but you won’t get much out of actual hardware in modern laptops. parts are all built to work together at the design stage and not with anything else. it’s a price of miniaturization and production cost savings. using raspberry pi with components designed for interconnection is best for starting tinkerers.

The motherboard is likely still intact, maybe need a cpu replacement, thats how most laptops die.
