We have been there last year and I can tell you, it's not just foreigners 🤷🤷🤷 Some japanese Kids threw their old bottles and wrappers everywhere, too. But I won't admit that there are lots of foreigners throwing their trash in the streets. We always carried a teashbag with us and got rid of it in our Hotel.
