Meanwhile I’m already worked at every single place at my job because „it’s a small place and I should help out“. Mind you I mean IT, finances, café, bakery, delivery prep, kitchen, dishes, cleaning, service and event prep. Some more than others but I was told I‘d only be doing dishes.

theres been shifts in a last kitchen i worked at where we werent even busy but the sous chef was panicking because of the orders we had 10 orders on in 1 section and 1 order in 3 different sections there was 8 chefs on , and her and im on kp thinking "this is the easiest shift ive done in awhile why is she panicking for ", the head chef ended up telling her to leave the kitchen and do paper work in the office because she was stressing the other chefs out even though it wasnt busy , she tried to do it to me and im like "I got no washing up so im helping with food prep its not busy and I finish in 30 minutes anyways"
