i used to have this mindset always be kind to people no matter what they did to you or treated you but as i grow older i think that term were not valid cause not everyone were deserve our purest side there some people gonna used our kindness for granted cause they knew our weakness point,i always try my best to be present in people life if they need help i gonna lend my hand without hesitate cause i want to actknowledge them no matter what stage they been through they were not alone but when i were lost or needed place to rely on there no one there for me,sometimes it feel really awful and suck to have sensitive heart and high empathy cause you gonna be take everything deeply while people just see that as something unvaluable,these day i so frustated with myself cause my kindness never be appreciate by people they just looking for me when they need something but once they were happy they gonna neglected my like i had no value i so tired of this now i slowly learn to reject people offer by saying no cause i have right to point out my unsatifaction and opinion to people so they won't be used you
