there's is only 120-130mg potassium in cream of tater. what he also doesn't explain is cream of tater can also upset your GI. one cup coconut water has 600mg & banana has 420mg. so why not just eat a banana and sip on 32oz water with ½ tsp salt 🙄

Just FYI, simply get mineral water with a high TDS.. Best ive found is Crazy Water #4 its only 2.50 per liter.. you'll love it. It tastes great and you sip.. it'll hydrate with all natural minerals with 2500 and up per bottle.. thank me later 😁
