I wash with soap first, rinse, then the vinegar (leave it on for a few minutes) rinse, then spray the peroxide on after I’m already dried off

I have peroxide in the shower always because I rinse my mouth with it like mouthwash. Yes, I brush my teeth in the shower too. Now I’m I’ll have vinegar in there as well. Love it

I think it would actually help disinfect and neutralize fungus or bacteria on the skin. I already soak my feet with small amounts in warm water. ❤️
