Why is this a surprise. as far as the company is concerned you are a replaceable part. If something breaks on your car you fix it so you can keep going to work and earning income. Same principle at your place of work.

Everyone is replaceable now days! Doesn’t matter how well you do your job or how long you have done your job! Companies just don’t care about the person but the seat that needs to be filled. By who, it doesn’t matter!

Hard, but not impossible, to replace me. I don't tell anybody the back end of my job. That's the things nobody sees cause I catch them before a problem arises! 😁
