He changes diapers. Handles household tasks. Brings meals. Protects rest. Creates stability. And most importantly, he builds a relationship with his child from day one. Too many fathers underestimate the impact of simply being there. Holding the baby. Talking to them. Comforting them. Showing up every day. Children don’t need perfect dads. They need present dads.
