Idk why facepulls are always recommended. They’re really difficult. I rarely see anyone doing them correctly. Always with too much weight.

Facts! Especially the hamstrings. I have been so focused on glutes and quads now i feel like it looks like the bbl illusion 😂 I’ve been prioritizing leg curls, I can’t get the form down with RDLs consistently.
