The way moms describe newborn tired versus pregnancy tired is always fascinating 😂 You're definitely exhausted, but at least there's a tiny human you can actually hold at the end of it instead of just wondering when you'll feel comfortable again. I spent years feeling exhausted, bloated and out of sync with my body. Then a woman in an online group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. A few months later I was down 30 lbs, had steadier energy and finally felt more like myself again. Love it) feels like hidden information.

I’ve been going to bed around 12am to make it less of wake ups when I’m sleeping lol she’ll wake up around 4/430 and sleep until 8/830

Currently preg! This might be dumb question, but are you breastfeeding? If not then, do you just have bottles premade for wake up or make one each time? I saw there’s warmers for overnight but curious because idk if I wanna breastfeed 😅 🥰

Snuggling your baby is never a bad habit!!! It’s so beneficial for you both and this time goes SOOOOO fast. I’m 6 weeks PP with my second baby and I hold him almost constantly. He only is in the bassinet at night otherwise he’s in my arms 🥹
