Add cannellini beans to the skillet and stir to combine. 6. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet, spreading evenly. 7. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges set. 8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked. 9.
