Watermelon Fermentation Experiment Bought a watermelon that wasn’t great, so I decided to give it a second life. I chopped it up and added it to a jar with 2 liters of water, a little sugar, a few blackberries, 3 cinnamon sticks, and some hibiscus for a nice color. I mixed everything well, covered it with cheesecloth, and left it at room temperature. After 24 hours, I gave it a good stir and left it for one more day. Then I strained it, bottled it, and left it at room temperature for another day. The next day, it turned into a naturally sparkling watermelon drink. #fermentation #homemade #watermelon تجربة تخمير بطيخ اشتريت بطيخة وما طلعت زاكية، فقلت لازم أستفيد منها بطريقة ثانية. قطعتها وحطيتها بمرطبان مع لترين مي، شوية سكر، كم حبة بلاك بيري، 3 عيدان قرفة، وشوية كركديه عشان يعطي لون حلو. حركت المكونات منيح وغطيتها بشاش وتركتها بدرجة حرارة الغرفة. بعد 24 ساعة حركتها مرة ثانية وتركتها ليوم إضافي فقط. بعدها صفيتها وحطيتها بقنينة وتركتها بدرجة حرارة الغرفة ليوم كمان. ثاني يوم فتحتها وطلعت مشروب بطيخ طبيعي فيه غازات خفيفة.
