@nimo_jama1: My progress would’ve been a lot faster if I had… ✅ Learnt how to actually train my glutes For years I thought more exercises meant better results. Progressive overload and intensity matter more than endless volume. ✅ Stopped comparing myself to everyone else The fitness industry makes you feel behind when you’re actually doing just fine. Focus on your own progress. ✅ Realised discipline beats motivation Motivation fades. The girls who get results are the ones who keep showing up anyway. ✅ Tracked my lifts If you’re not tracking your workouts, you’re guessing. Progress comes from giving your body a reason to adapt. ✅ Stopped thinking more was better More sets, more cardio and more gym days isn’t always the answer. Recovering properly is part of the process too. ✅ Took recovery seriously Your muscles don’t grow during your workout they grow when you recover. Prioritise sleep, food and rest. ✅ Stopped changing my plan every week You don’t need a new workout split every month. Stick to the basics long enough to see results. ✅ Taken more progress photos The mirror lies, your memory lies, photos don’t. Take the pictures bestie you’ll thank yourself later. ✨ 1:1 coaching available via the link in my bio if you want to stop guessing and start seeing results 🤍 #GymTok #fyp #gymmotivation
